Jaipur the largest city of Rajasthan is an epitome of magnificence and vibrancy. Jaipur is known as the Pink City of India. It was founded on 18 November 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. The city today has a population of 3.1 million. The city is 260 km from Delhi and 240 km from Agra and forms the golden triangle of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. It is a bustling capital city and a business center with all the trappings of a modern metropolis but yet flavored strongly with an age-old charm that never fails to surprise a traveler.

Old Jaipur painted in Pink can grip any visitor with admiration. This royal place is rich in heritage, culture and architecture. With splendid fortresses, majestic palaces, tranquil temples and beautiful havelis stunning backdrop of ancient forts: Nahargarh, Amer, Jaigarh and Moti Doongari are apt testimonials of the bygone era and a reminder of their lingering romance and chivalry. Jaipur offers a pleasant climate during the winter season. Temperature between October to March remain between 10C – 25C.
